Sanctuary body butter

This is in Boots for £9.50 for 300 ml. This product is a gorgeous rich scented moisturiser. The butter cream smells very distinct and is strong. It is scented with cocoa butter, shea butter and macadamia nut oil. The butter cream slides on the skin and soaks in really nicely. It leaves your skin feeling silky and smooth and moisturised for hours. The only con is the price however, this product seems to be on offer in many places at the moment so for 15 % off go to Debenhams. This will definitely be on my wish list.

Sanctuary covent garden hand wash

I am staying at a lovely b and b in Devon and this hand wash and other Sanctuary products are in the bathroom for me to use. Now I have always wanted to try the Sanctuary covent garden products however, I could never justify spending so much money on them so I was delighted to have the opportunity to test them out for free. The packaging is simple and I love the transparent bottle. The colour of the hand wash is a beautiful gold colour that screams luxury. The hand wash is luxurious and smells divine. It is scented with aloe Vera and mangoes and the scent lingers for ages after using. The wash does go a long way as one pump is more than adequate to wash your hands. The only down side is the price however, Boots are doing a lovely gift set with the hand wash and other Sanctuary products for only £12. A lovely Gift for any lady.

Color Riche Serum Lipstick by L'Oreal Radiant Plum 202

Color Riche Serum Lipstick by L'Oreal Radiant Plum 202 £8.00 Super drugs

Loreal state this lipstick has a boosting serum at the heart of a lipstick, containing Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid, to hydrate and plump with moisture.
Lips are enveloped in voluptuous colour that doesn’t feather.
More defined, younger-looking lips. The packaging on this lipstick is very distinct and glamourous. It is striking gold colour with red detail in the middle. The serum is visible in the middle of the lipstick. The lipstick slides beautifully onto the lips and moistures and hydrates which is a major plus in this weather when lips can dry out so quickly.

The colour is a deep red shade with pink tones. This colour is on trend for the Christmas season and looks and feels lovely. This lipstick gives a heavy coverage and the colour does stay for at least four hours. The price is reasonable and the quality is just at good as the more expensive brands. This lipstick is available in lots of colours so happy shopping girls.

Loreal night serum

L'Oreal Elvive Re-Nutrition Night Serum: I purchased the L'Oreal Elvive Re-Nutrition Night Serum from Boots for £4.99. It is available at most chemists and supermarkets.
This serum contains extract of royal jelly, which contains amazing sounding ingredients such as glucids, lipids, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and other such exotic sounding substances. This products has a distinct smell like honey. The smell lasts a long time so if you do not like the smell of honey this is not for you.

My hair is long, slightly dry and limp. I don’t tend to treat my hair to well, unfortunately. I wash and blow dry and straighten my hair daily. I also use tons of styling products on it. I wanted a really good night serum that would help me get back to the Kate Middleton bouncy, silky, nourished and moisturised hair.
I put this on my hair before going to sleep. I dispensed 3 pumps in my hands and distributed through to the ends of my hair. Hair must be dry or damp, not wet. The serum is more like a cream than a serum it is non greasy and does not weigh the hair down. This absorbs into your hair and does not leave your pillow with greasy marks. As my hair is very dry at the ends I used 3 pumps instead of the recommended 2.
The next morning I was disappointed, my hair felt a little more nourished but the appearance was not a noticeable difference. It didn't feel any bouncier or softer, or less dry. It did feel easier to straighten though. I will continue to use this once per week to see if it makes any difference with prolonged use.

Pro’s: The price is excellent
Con’s : Not a noticeable difference on my hair

Gel comfort pad

I was sent these cherry blossom gel comfort pads, perfect timing as I had a party to go. The pads are transparent and really thin they were ideal for my high heals. They were very easy to use I peeled of the protective backing and stuck them on to the front side of my heels pointing towards the toes. I was on my feet for five hours and they were very comfortable. At the end of the night my feet felt fresh and for once I did not suffer from blisters or sore feet. I also found that my feet were not slippy in them and they provided a fantastic grip. These are fab and well worth the price at only £3.99 from nationwide Debenham stores.

Starlettos

I was sent a pair starlettos to review and I can sincerely say they are one of the best inventions I have seen for a long time.

The starletto is a heel protector and are small and stylish and slip snugly on the heel of the stilleto. They are shaped to resemble a small flower and look really cute. They prevent heels from penetrating and sinking into grass and other soft ground and provide stability.

I live in heels and I have already used these starlettos half a dozen times. I wore them on my stiletto at a barbeque and for once I was not sinking into the grass or tiptoeing. I was very confident walking around without the fear of falling and my heels looked fab with my outfit. These are also great for indoor use as they prevent slipping.

You can even take them of when you don’t need them and pop them into your handbag.

Pros: No heel repair bills, no more embarrassing falls.

Cons: None that come to mind!

Available in black, red and Crystal (Clear) and sparkle (clear with sparkly bits) there’s a Starletto to suit all shoes and looks. They fit any 8mm-14mm width heel tip of stilleto, boots or kitten heels.

Available for £5.99 plus PP at www.starlettos.co. also stocked at Debenhams nationwide.

Rituals shower gel

I was out shopping in Solihull and I was handed this 50ml bottle of Rituals foaming shower gel Yogi Flow Indian rose and sweet almond oil from someone doing a promotion on it in the shopping centre. The recommended retail price for a 200 ml bottle is £6.50 from rituals shop in Solihull. They also stock this product in John Lewis amongst other large department shops.

When I used this in the shower, I put the gel direct on to a sponge. The gel is clear when you first put it on your sponge but gradually it turns white and changes to foam. I only need a small amount of gel to get a sponge full of foam. Its thick and creamy and smells gorgeous. The Indian rose gives the gel a floral touch while the sweet almond oil is sweet. Together they make a lovely sweet floral fragrance that lingers on your skin for up to an hour afterwards. The shower gel rinses away easily and leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and soft. It does not leave my skin tight.

Pros: This gel smells fantastic, looks fantastic and makes you feel fantastic. I am in love!!! I love the pink bottle.

Cons: It is a little expensive however, a little does go a long way with this.

Sekonda watch

Sekonda Party Time Watch 4307 £25 from duty free shopping at Birmingham airport

I was working at the airport today and saw this lovely watch. I treated myself as it was 50% off (how could I resist)! I love the adjustable rubber strap, my wrist is tiny so this is perfect for me and very comfortable. The face is an ideal size not to big. The watch can be worn during the day or evening as it is sparkly and glamourous. It is stylish and cool. It is an ideal summer watch. I cant stop looking at it!

Rihanna Rebelle 50ml £28.99 Superdrug

I have fallen in love with this perfume and I received a free bag with the purchase, what a bonus! The perfume was released late last year 2011. This is her second
perfume. The first was called Reb'l Fleur. The perfume was developed by perfumers Caroline Sabas and Marypierre Julien. The perfume has hints of strawberry, ginger, cacao, vanilla, orchard heliotrope, coffee, patchouli, musk and amber. All my favourite scents and wow what a combination, pure genius. The fragrance is daring and bold. This will definitely be a firm favourite for my beauty box.

Urban decay lipsticks sent from http://www.cutecosmetics.co.uk RRP: £13:00 sale £7:99

I love the look of these lipsticks. Purple is my favourite colour and these lipsticks look stylish in a two toned purple metal with a mini metal dagger. They look very glamorous and scream luxury. The lipstick has a teardrop shaped bullet etched with the urban decay logo which i think is a clever touch.

Tease shade is a lovely peachy, pink colour. It looks amazing on all skin tones. If your going for a natural look this is a fab shade. This will be my favourite for spring, summer day time look or a evening look with the smoky eyes.

Voodoo shade is dark pink, red shade. You can put this on lightly or build it up for a more deeper colour. This looks good on all skin tones. I am looking forward to wearing this on my next night out. The lipsticks are creamy and long lasting with a subtle scent. They are similar to the mac sheen supreme lipsticks but not as dry. A big plus for me is that cutECOsmetics products are 100 % vegan and cruelty free. I will be looking at some other shades to try, who can blame me for that price! Urban decay lipsticks will be a firm favourite in my beauty box.

Elizabeth Arden eight hour hand cream purchased in a set for £10 from london fashion weekend. I have very dry skin and have tried lots of different hand creams on the market. This cream is by far the best I have tried. The packaging is nice and secure squeezy bottle so it does not leak in your handbag. The cream is not greasy and moisturisers well. It absorbs really well and is long lasting. The only negative is the fact it does not smell as nice as some other hand creams. It has a herbal scent, although the smell does wear off quick and you do get used to the smell. Shop around for good offers and you can pick this up cheaper. I love this hand cream. A firm favourite for my beauty box.

My star buy from London fashion weekend. Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream, moisturiser and hand cream all for £10!!! Watch this space for my review xxx

No7 pigment finish pink colour nail polish review: I paid £1.50 with a free £5 no 7 voucher at Boots. This colour is amazing and looks so fresh and pretty. Pinks are huge this season. The only downside is the brush is quite thick and can drip so be careful. For the price this is worth purchasing.

It has flesh colour with pink, beige tones. It looks very natural and great for a day time look. It gives a nice polished look with minimum effort for all skin tones. The price is very reasonable. Don't forget to save your empties. A firm favourite for my beauty box!

Protect and perfect beauty serum £21 Boots: This serum has been a firm favourite in my beauty box for the last six months. I love this serum so I thought I would share with you why I love it! Ok, so this serum is not expensive and works so much better than more expensive brands. Especially since you can get 3 for 2 offer every few months. It smooths your skin and moisturises. This makes my skin look flawless. I love it and this will definitely stay a firm favourite in my beauty box!!!

Moroccan oil £ 30 from my regular hair salon. Ok so with all the hype on this product six months ago I did in fact purchase a bottle but never got round to using it until a few weeks ago. Pros: It works well on frizzy hair and makes my hair feel silky and smooth. It is great as a heat protector. Cons: This product does not moisturise your hair or penetrate into your hair it smooths your hair on the surface. To much can make your hair look like you have not washed it for a week! The price is a major con. Pure organic argan oil can in fact be cheaper than this, depending on the source. I will be doing some research and finding a cheaper alternative (watch this space)!!! This will not be appearing in my beauty box again.

Garnia Caffeine roll on review: priced £9.99 super drugs. I have always suffered from dark circles and have tried lots of different products to sort it out. I have always been left disappointed. So when I saw this product I thought what have I got to lose ill give it a try! The garnia product is enriched with caffeine and pro-vitamin b5 to refresh and hydrate the eye area. I have been using this for two months now religiously every morning and every evening what a disappointment! The products rolls on nicely with a cooling effect however, it takes a while to dry. I found no change in my dark circles. My eyes did not look any fresher. Don't waste your money on this product! I still have dark circles and puffy eyes my search for the ideal product to combat my dark circles continues .... This will not be a favourite for my beauty box.

My review of the Clarins multi active night cream priced £41 I used this cream last night and I have fallen in love with it. It is the best night cream I have ever used. It is a rich cream with a nice smell. It slides on your face without it feeling to heavy. The active ingredients are meant to re-invigorate exhausted skin whilst you sleep. My skin has been exhausted for a while !! This morning my skin felt fresh, soft and smooth. This will be a firm favourite in my beauty box. The let down is the price. There are some fab websites offering this cream cheaper so shop around.

Review multi active day cream

Hey girls I was soooo excited about trying out my latest purchase the clarins multi active face cream. I purchased mine from John Lewis priced £38. Steep yes very ..... Worth it definitely !!!! So here is my review: I have Combination skin but in the winter months I do get dry patches. I also get red irritated patches at times. The cream has a lovely texture and smells nice without being overbearing. I noticed on first application how lovely and rich this cream is. This is an excellent base for my foundation which stayed put all day! I loved the fact my red patches disappeared. Excellent product I will be continuing to use this and i will make this a firm favourite for my beauty box. The only downside is the price but you can't put a price on looking good!
